Delivery, Cancellation and Returns

Made to order

Our mud flaps are made specially to the size, colour, print and design you decide.

Order confirmation

When your order reaches us we check the size and design and contact you by WhatsApp or phone; the price and production details are finalised with your approval. You can follow your order status with your reference number in the order tracking section of the site.

Delivery

Products are sent by cargo as quickly and safely as possible. The estimated delivery time is told to you at order confirmation; the carrier and tracking number appear on the tracking page when the shipment is made.

Cancellation and changes

For orders not yet in production, contact us to cancel or change. For custom products already in production, cancellation or change may not be possible.

Returns

For products made to your personal specification, the right of withdrawal may not apply under the legislation. If a product arrives faulty or damaged, tell us with a photo on the day you receive it and we will resolve it.
